Apartments
Each living area contains a 3 piece leather suite, flat screen TV complete
with DVD/CD player and Freeview, desk and an
extendable dining room table and chairs. Apartments also provide a free
broadband connection. Kitchens contain the following:

Upon arrival your flat will be stocked with complementary breakfast and fresh
milk for your stay.
All bedrooms have their own dedicated bathroom
with luxury soaps, shampoos and conditioners and fluffy towels for your
comfort. Upon request, for people having longer stays than a single night, our
housekeepers can refresh the apartments at an additional charge of £15.00 per
refresh. For stays of a week or more the apartments are refreshed weekly which
is included in the cost.

High quality conversion of large Victorian house into 7 self contained fully
serviced self-catering apartments. Access to front and also
to basement apartment via a number of steps at the front and side of the
property.
Pre-Arrival
Bookings and enquiries can be made directly with the manager by e- mail, or
by telephone as detailed on the website and in our brochure, or a full
electronic booking system is available through listing on
www.visitliverpool.co.uk, which also has a link through our website. It is 3
minutes to the nearest station with trains every 15 minutes to Southport and
Liverpool. Taxis readily available from Delta Taxis 0151
924 7373. Pre-arrival food and drinks can be arranged in advance with
the management and be available in the apartment at arrival (extra cost).

There are 7 designated off road parking spaces.

Access is via seven steps to main front door.
There are 2 ground floor apartments available on one level.

The main entrance is up through seven steps to a wide reception area. There
is an alternative entrance to basement.

We are reviewing access to the property and considering the possibility of
improving access via the basement apartments by re-designing the outside areas
to include ramp access
